Privacy policy

This page explains how Coopilo Technologies handles information collected through this website. It is a plain-language starter that describes how the site works today. Replace anything in square brackets and have it reviewed by a qualified adviser so it reflects your real practices and your obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and any other law that applies to you.

Who we are

Coopilo Technologies operates this website. You can contact us at the contact form on this site.

Information you give us

When you send a project enquiry we collect the details you enter — your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss and deliver work you ask us about. Enquiries are stored in our website database and may be emailed to our team.

Website analytics

We count page views with a built-in, cookie-less analytics tool. It records the page visited, the referring website, a broad device type and browser, and (when provided by our network) the country. To count unique visitors it creates a short anonymous identifier from your IP address and browser details combined with a secret value that changes every day; your IP address itself is not stored and the identifier cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next.

Cookies and third-party tools

If we enable tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity, they load only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. These tools may set cookies and send information to the provider. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Without your consent they are not loaded.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may object to how it is used. Email the contact form on this site and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Keeping information safe

The website is served over HTTPS, administrator access is protected by individual accounts, and enquiry data is accessible only to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the enquiry form.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
